Why Set Up An Account?
While it is not required to create an account to order at our website, doing so allows you to to store your address information for later use, view and track your orders, and more. Plus, creating an account enrolls you in our FREE Dover Rewards program, where you can earn money-saving points with every purchase. To set up a new account or sign in to an existing account, click on the Account icon in the upper right of our website or the "My Account" link at the bottom, or click here.
How Do I Sign In?
Sign in your account by clicking on the Account icon in the upper right of our website (the icon that looks like a little person) or the "My Account" link at the bottom, by using the Login link at the beginning of Checkout, or by clicking here.
What If I Forgot My Password?
To reset your password, click on the Account icon in the upper right of our website or the "My Account" link at the bottom, or click here, and then click "Forgot Password?" You will be prompted to enter the email address on your account, and you be sent an email with instructions to set a new password.
How Do I Track An Order?
Once your order has shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may also view your order status and tracking information in your Account. Click on the Account icon in the upper right of our website or the "My Account" link at the bottom, or click here to visit your Account.
