Why Set Up An Account?

While it is not required to create an account to order at our website, doing so allows you to to store your address information for later use, view and track your orders, and more. Plus, creating an account enrolls you in our FREE Dover Rewards program, where you can earn money-saving points with every purchase, which you can redeem for gift cards. To set up a new account or sign in to an existing account, click on the Account icon in the upper right of our website or the "My Account" link at the bottom, or click here.

How Do I Sign In?

Sign in your account by clicking on the Account icon in the upper right of our website (the icon that looks like a little person) or the "My Account" link at the bottom, by using the Login link at the beginning of Checkout, or by clicking here.
*Note for existing customers: If you had an account on our previous website and have not yet set your password on our current site, you should click "Create Account" and register with the same email address you used previously. Your recent order history and Rewards points have been carried over. If you need more help, Contact Us.

What If I Forgot My Password?

To reset your password, click on the Account icon in the upper right of our website or the "My Account" link at the bottom, or click here, and then click "Forgot Password?" You will be prompted to enter the email address on your account, and you will be sent an email with instructions to set a new password.

How Do I Track An Order?

Once your order has shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may also view your order status and tracking information in your Account. Click on the Account icon in the upper right of our website or the "My Account" link at the bottom, or click here to visit your Account.

Can I Save Items to a Wishlist?

Yes! Our website has Wishlist functionality. To save a product to your Wishlist, click the "♥ Add to Wishlist" link on the product page (under the product images). To access your Wishlist, click on the ♥ Heart icon in the upper right of our website.
If you add an Out of Stock or Not Yet Published title to your Wishlist, you will be notified when it is available for purchase.
