How Quickly Will My Order Arrive?

The time it takes to receive your order is a combination of two elements: Processing Time and the Shipping Time. Processing Time is the time it takes us to select and pack your order for shipment—generally 2 to 3 days. Shipping Time is the time it takes the shipping company to take your order from our warehouse in Mineola, NY to your door. This time depends on where you live and which shipping method you choose. For guidance please refer to the chart below.

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
If you request “Standard Shipping”, we can ship your order to a PO Box. However, if you request “Expedited Shipping,” you will need to provide us with a street address to ensure proper delivery.
Can I Ship One Order to Multiple Addresses?
Sorry, but at this time we cannot ship to multiple addresses from the same order. If you wish to ship books to more than one recipient, please submit a separate order for each shipping address.
How Do I Send Books to Someone Who Is In Prison?
Before you attempt to do this, check with the institution. Find out its rules and procedures. We will ship where you tell us, but cannot be responsible if the institution returns the package. In the event that this happens, we issue a credit, less shipping and handling, and a restocking fee of $10.00.
How Can I Track My Order?
Shortly after receiving your order, our website will send you an Order Confirmation via email. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation via email that contains tracking information. You may also visit our Order Tracking Center to track your order via the Internet.
